THE BOOKING DETAILS
Simple, Clear and Easy to Plan
Booking Deposit
A $50 deposit is required when the booking is confirmed.
Final Balance
The remaining balance is due one week before the birthday party.
Party Supervision
The birthday child’s parent or guardian must remain the main party supervisor.
The EDC team takes care of ordering pizza, helps with supervision after the dance class and cleans up after the fun.

EDC will confirm availability, package details, add-ons and any questions.

Pay the $50 deposit once the booking is confirmed.

Birthday Party FAQs
Does my child need to be an EDC student?
No. EDC birthday parties are open to families throughout Guelph and the surrounding community.
Do the children need dance experience?
No dance experience is required. The instructor will lead the group through an engaging party class based on the selected style.
How many children are included?
The $215 plus HST package includes up to 12 children, including the birthday child. Additional children may be added for an extra cost.
Can we bring decorations or a cake?
The package includes 30 minutes for decorating and setup. Ask EDC about current cake, outside-food and decoration policies before purchasing or bringing items.
What if we are unsure which dance style to choose?
Tell us about the child’s interests, favourite music and the type of party they imagine. The EDC team can help you choose from the six available styles.
Who supervises the party?
The birthday child’s parent or guardian is required to be the main supervisor. The EDC team leads the dance class, helps with supervision afterward and handles cleanup.
